- What's Inside The Dizzy Reset - Most people living with chronic dizziness have been told their tests look normal, their symptoms are “just anxiety,” or that there’s nothing more that can be done. Healing begins when you learn how to retrain your brain, settle your nervous system, and rebuild confidence through movement and understanding. - 8 Weekly Chapters- Each chapter builds on the last, forming a carefully curated step-by-step roadmap designed to guide your progress. You’ll move from understanding your symptoms to rebuilding confidence in everyday life. - Weekly Group Coaching Calls- Join live sessions led by vestibular experts who understand what you’re feeling. Ask questions and connect with others walking a similar path. These calls are equal parts education, encouragement, and community. - The Dizzy Reset Workbook- Your companion through all eight weeks. This guided workbook helps you apply each chapter’s lessons, track progress, and reflect throughout the program.
